Vehicle last seen parked near Old Morgue

The golf cart used by UT-Brownsville President Juliet V. García has been stolen, according to a Campus Police report.

The vehicle was reported missing on Jan.3 and was last seen Dec. 19 in a charging station near the Old Morgue, the report states.

UTB/TSC shortstop Joel Fernandez bats the first home run Friday night against the University of Houston-Victoria Jaguars at Scorpion Field. The Scorpions defeated the Jaguars 9-0.

The UTB/TSC Baseball Team is on a roll, sweeping the Jaguars of the University of Houston-Victoria 9-0 in a seven-inning game Friday night at Scorpion Field.

The Scorpions and Jaguars went through the first inning with no runs and at the bottom of the second inning shortstop Joel Fernandez hit it out of the park to left field to lead the Scorpions 1-0.
